Manage Cloud Device Billing

Cloud desktops are billed separately from your platform subscription. Use the Stripe customer portal to manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel desktop subscriptions.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to the XpressAI Platform.
  • You have at least one provisioned cloud desktop.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Under the Cloud Devices section, click Manage to open the Stripe customer portal.
  3. In the Stripe portal, you can:
    • View current and past invoices for cloud desktops.
    • Update your payment method.
    • Cancel a cloud desktop subscription.
  4. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

Canceling a cloud desktop subscription will deprovision the desktop at the end of the current billing period. Make sure to back up any data on the desktop before canceling.

Cloud desktop charges appear as separate line items on your Stripe invoices, distinct from your platform subscription.

Verify

  • The Stripe customer portal displays your active cloud desktop subscriptions.
  • Invoice history shows charges matching your provisioned desktops.
  • After canceling, the desktop status updates at the end of the billing period.
