Subscription Tiers
Every XpressAI account starts on the Free tier. Upgrading unlocks additional agent slots and features.

How Subscriptions Work
- Subscription information is stored in Keycloak user attributes, managed by
KeycloakBillingService. - Stripe products map to tiers via product metadata.
- The
whoAmIGraphQL query returnssubscriptionInfocontainingproduct(the Stripe product ID).
Trial
A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. Trial state is tracked via the UserTrial entity. During the trial you have access to Team-tier features with up to 5 agent seats.
Cloud Desktops
Cloud desktops are billed separately from your subscription tier. Each desktop uses per-device pricing through Stripe. You can manage your desktops from Settings > Desktops inside any project.
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately. For current pricing details, visit the Billing page in your account settings.
